UNO: What’s Your UNO Way

“UNO: What’s Your UNO Way” is group project, that became a Loerie entrant, on which I collaborated with other talented graphic designers. This was an awareness campaign developed for UNO to refresh the brand image in the minds of consumers, this is achieved through the campaign “What’s Your UNO Way”. South Africans love to argue about politics, the economy, rugby and even family-specific UNO game rules. They make their own rules in UNO and the real world and through this campaign we gaves South Africans a platform to relate to others while having riveting debates about rules and how we deal with them. The emotional connections experienced during an UNO game can be shown through various colours. Blue is for passive players, green is for energetic players, yellow is for optimistic players and red is for passionate wild card players. These colours tie into the emotions that reflect the secret habits and rules that players adapt to their own way of playing as well as relate to the different intense actionstaken when looking at the “UNO rules” of the campaign.
